Machines & Capabilities

At Maloney Machine Works, we have a variety of machines to help complete your job.  This allows us to pick the best machine to complete your work as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

CNC milling services can be used for one off parts, prototyping, and production runs.  This can machine up to 40"x20", with removable sides for longer parts such as shafting up to 10' long.  We offer in-house computer design and programming for your parts, whether you have detailed blue prints or just a sketch. 

A large part of our business is for turning and threading (imperial and metric) operations with our two manual lathes.  Examples of past jobs include new rods for hydraulic cylinders, custom bolts, gearbox shafts, bushings, and couplers.  The large lathe has the ability to turn up to 21" in diameter, and up to 80" between centers.  The large spindle bore allows 3" barstock to pass through, allowing for even longer parts, or quicker setups in some applications.  Having both lathes allows us to use the most efficient/cost effective machine for  your job.

No machine shop would be complete without a manual mill, a great all around tool for a variety of jobs.
